Summertime fun

The kids got to have a bit of fun in the sun today, thanks to the fact that Mommy's home from work! You'll see that Alex especially enjoys the water...


Alex at the water table, Mara in the pool.


Alex spent quite some time transfering water from the table to the pool with that cup.


He's filling the cup for another trip.


Lucas is checking out what's going on.


And about a half-second after this, he started drinking from the pool.


Mara has rings.


Yep - rings.


'What's dat over dere??'


Alex is transferring more water to the pool...


So I'm putting more water in the table for him.


And spraying him with the hose :)


Mara squinting at Mommy for some reason.


More water for Alex.


And now he wants to do it himself. I told him no (of course).


The pool needed some more water too.


And Mara needed some water too :)


Taking a little rest.


Back to work.


Uh oh - Alex got the hose!!
